It's time to get this party started

Everyone loves the chance to catch up over a cuppa and some cake. Throwing your own afternoon tea is an easy way to fundraise for the Addenbrooke's Breast Cancer Appeal.

A very big thank you to Emma Harper for volunteering her time and her fantastic photographic skills for the appeal.

It's as easy as ABC...

AACT now - once you’ve decided to host an afternoon tea party either at work, home, garden, club, pub, school, church, hotel or village hall, get in touch with ACT by phone, email or via our website (details below) and we will send you your party pack.

To help you plan your afternoon tea party, we have designed a brand new Addenbrooke's Breast Cancer Appeal party pack which includes:

  •  Our lovely cake stencil to decorate your tasty treats
  • Invitations for you to personalise and send to your guests
  • Delicious recipies for you to experiment, kindly sponsored by Mr Hugh's
  • Pink and White balloons
  • Posters and banners to decorate your tea party venue
  • Specially designed boob tubes - how many £1 coins can you fill it with?

Bbake, buy and sell cakes - or charge an entry fee, then sit back and enjoy some quality time with family and friends, safe in the knowledge you are making a real, tangible difference to the lives of local people coping with a breast cancer diagnosis.

Cchange lives  - by sending the money you raise to ACT in support of the Addenbrooke’s Breast Cancer Appeal. We will write to confirm that your donation has arrived safely and to thank you for all your hard work.

Don’t forget to send us any photos or press cuttings from your event so they can be displayed in the Cambridge Breast Unit to inspire other people to lend their support! (Your photos may also be used in future media and publicity materials to support the appeal unless you specify otherwise.)
